Common questions

Can I create QR codes before paying?+

Yes. Sign up for free and use Free Preview to design and preview any QR code. Exporting (PNG or SVG) requires a paid plan.

What is a dynamic QR code?+

A dynamic QR code points to a short link at qrdegu.com that you control. You can change where it redirects to at any time without reprinting the QR. Dynamic QRs are only on the Dynamic plan.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes — one click from the Stripe Billing Portal. No emails, no hoops. Your QR codes stay in your account.

Do I keep access until the end of my billing period?+

Yes. If you cancel mid-cycle, your plan stays active until the period you've already paid for ends. After that the workspace becomes Free Preview.

Can I export SVG?+

SVG export is included on Starter and Dynamic. PNG at standard resolution is also included. High-resolution PNG (2K / 4K) and print kits (poster, table card, social square) require Dynamic.

What happens if I exceed my plan's QR limit?+

New QR creation is blocked when you hit the limit (5 on Starter, 50 on Dynamic). Existing QR codes keep working. Upgrade to Dynamic or delete unused QRs to free up the slot.
